Hello people,

My name is Chris aka BigCon

Im 25 year old, I live in Ipswich in Suffolk but I am originally from Fleetwood in Lancashire.

I am a serving soldier in the British Army and enjoy a wide variaty of fitness.

Looking forward to getting some good training tips and sharing my experiances around fitness with you all
