Day-to-day it is only slightly uncomfortable but has put paid to any decent squatting. It's never excruciating but my form will go to crap to try and get comfortable.
Time off over Christmas doesn't seem to have made any difference.
If I am laying on my back and bring my leg up and to the side (Like a 4!) it hurts, and also to sit and raise the knee above the hip.
Is it worth going to see a physio/osteo? Don't mind paying to get the problem sorted quickly, but don't have money to throw away...
