Deadlift – Worked up to 3 sets of 185kg for 2.
Power clean (70kg) 2 x 10
Snatch Grip Hang High Pull 3 x 5

First training session of the Rugby League season… whoop!
No specific conditioning just 1.5 hours of core skills, agility and of course semi contact rugby to finish.
