Hey folks, how is everyone?

I was the other fine ambassador for my country that traveled over from Crossfit Ireland for Mile's gym warming in Sussex a few weeks back. I've been proudly wearing my very fine FK.UK beanie since meeting Chet on the trip, so I figure I'd better actually post on here at least a little. Otherwise I'd just be posing.

I'll be hanging around and generally resisting the temptation to be grossly offensive, insofar as is possible.

Reading up on Pavel's stuff but I'm unsure as to whether I can trust a man who can't afford a shirt.

Doing good man, easing myself back into this training thing after a succession of serious weekends. Apparently alcohol can negatively impact your ability to crossfit. Who knew? I thought I was topping up my glycogen stores...

Might start up one of these training log things while I'm here

Hello Will. A kettlebell is a weight thingy with a handle. They're really quite good. I recommend you start with a 4kg one, as you don't want to overdo it at the beginning, but you should be able to progress to a 6kg quite soon.

I also recommend yoga, Body Pump and hula hoop classes to tone up. It sounds like you need this from your trog.

Do let us know how you progress.
