Hi,

Anyone follow the Gym Movement Protocol as promoted by Adam T Glass?

I have read around the subject and think I like the approach but the DVD http://www.grip-rip.com/ costs nearly $200.

I may ask for a copy from Santa but would like some non- American*/independent feedback before I spend money on it.

Cheers

Wu

It's not one I've come across. not sure I'd spring the $200 on it based just from the website design. Looks like all talk and no substance IMHO.

I will ask around though, and see if anyone else has experience of the system.

I don't know the system but I've known about Adam Glass for a few years (very well known in the grip community) and his pre-Movement stuff was always interesting. He's a strong guy, experimental and innovative. My friend Josh Hanagarne (American, unfortunately!) really rates him too.

I don't know much about the Movement but I am sure it's not bulls***. I suspect it is another of these methods that is not really new, but is still sensible, useful stuff packaged in a particular way. If that 'package' sounds appealing to you, I'd say go for it.

Thanks, yes it's partly Josh H's (a very funny and articulate guy) that makes me read past the marketing. Adam T Glass is quite amazing, really wanted to confirm I'm not just following hype.
