Due to my habit of looking upwards when I squat and deadlift, I think I've trapped a nerve in my neck. Did it last week.
It is slightly better now, but some pull-ups this morning still resulted in a dull headache at the back of my head/neck area, and last Tuesday 50 burpees left me feeling pretty crap.
Is this likely to need a chiropracter to sort out?
I don't know if it's the exertion itself, or the movement that does it. E.g. if just sprinting would set it off.
Thanks!

Hi Chet,
I hope your neck is improved by now but when I have pulled my neck (or more frequently had my neck pulled/ cranked) I have used the post by Matt Swift in this thread to treat my own neck injuries:

I would also recommend looking at Kelly Starrets post mWOD on the neck.
Cheers
