just need a rowing machine now ;)

have to travel back to uk to pick it up though.

Hi Marcus,

I have this rack without the pull up handles. It does the job and at that price, you can't complain.
There is the 180kg limit on the load you can work on it so not sure how that effects you. I knew at the time that I didn't quite squat or do anything from the rack at 180kg.

If you intend to kip you need to put some plates on the base of the frame, kipping can move the whole rack...depending how big your kip is. there are holes that allow you to bolt it to the floor.

I've been pretty happy with mine overall, has served it's purpose allowing me to do squats and bench on my own and gives me somewhere to rack the bar. Enjoy.

thanks for the info mate, 180kg is quite a way off for pressing, bench or squat as yet for me so i should get some good use out of it. thanks for the heads up about the kip. looks like i will have to use it outside on the concrete patio, cellar ceiling is too low.

let you now how it goes once i get it set up

i actually have this rack- it was a great little purchase. i also later bought the lat pulley attachment for it (thats obviously not worth the money if youre into crossfit-which i wasnt at the time). the only issue ive had with it is that i need to weigh it down with some plates or have a bar racked on the opposite side when doing pullups. for the price i got it for, id definitely buy it again.
