Row 250 meters
135 pound Front squat, 10 reps
15 GHD Sit-ups
20 Box jumps, 24 inch box

wasted time running up and down from cardio suite to weights room for the row part.

felt good on this one. How these guys can do it in 14 mins is amazing.

Nice work. You have to figure that minus the run time the time would have been a lot lower - even if you figure 45 seconds each way, that's 7.5 minutes added over the course of the workout, not to mention the extra work done plus the time it takes to get your head back into the lifting after running from the rower.
