Warm-Up
Skills
3 ball juggle: Juggle 3 balls for 1 minute. Rest 30 seconds then repeat. On the second minute, count number of drops and perform 5 push-ups per drop at the end of the workout.
Strength
3×3 sets at 85, 85, 90% of;Power Clean On the last set perform as many reps as possible
Conditioning
3 rounds for time of
10 power clean @ 65% body weight/65% max whichever is lighter
10 burpee
