As title suggest - any suggestions what to do?
I've been refered to a chiro to help and I'm on the ibuprofen but need to do some training. I am still training for tri but next event isn't until next year (mara in Apr/May and ironman in June). What else could I work on that would allow this to sort itself?

Main issues - don't want BM gain if poss
want to keep reasonably lean
ideally want to keep running and cycling strength/power/speed/endurance

any suggestions?
