If anyone is ever up in the North of England give us a shout at Caged Steel. It's exciting times ahead. I have recently come on board in a Strength and Conditioning role and hopefully in the near future we will be adding a Strength/Power Zone, Strongman arena and a climbing wall.

were some of the guys from there at Fight Ikon last month? I recognise the name I think


can't do MMA though for another 2 months as I've just had surgery on my nose :(

Not sure, it's all new to me this MMA stuff. Doing my research though. Looking fwd to seeing our guys in action soon.
