Hello all.
My name's Rob. I joined upto the forums from a good recommendation from another member.
About me: Member of my University Rowing Club for 3 years whilst @ uni. Since last November stumbled across Crossfit and was training @ the Faktory with Leon & Kempie (sound lads).
Moved from Newcastle to Portsmouth (long way I know) for work purposes about a month ago. Done quite a lot of research on the area regarding gyms and I've been bitterly dissapointed with what's on offer.
Loved crossfit to bits, and it has encouraged me to try and get qualifications in Oly Lifting coaching as I'm now hooked to the point where I've been visiting gyms in Portsmouth asking if they have bumper plates.
