Hello there!

I have been following this site for a bit and decided to start chipping in on the forums!

I have been crossfitting (whatever that means) for about 2 years but did some weight training before then. I started training at CF Manchester and have done a couple of oly comps.

Left CF Manchester at the start of the year and now train in my basement and when I have to I go to local affiliates and other gyms in the Stockport and Manchester area.

I like lifting heavy (heavy for me anyway) and the O-lifts but my snatch has dropped waaay off. I also like messing around with kettlebells and the rings.

About a month ago I started following the OPT programming which has been cool (if a little confusing at times). And my training log at the moment is on the CF mainsite.

Cheers!

Welcome aboard.
Haven't really looked at OPT's programming, although I have heard good things.
