How in depth is the written exam and is there suggested pre-reading?

All assessable written exam info will be given on the weekend- however, as with anything, pre-reading never hurts and can often stimulate some important discusssion during the course.

Went up to Newcastle this past weekend to train with Ben on the GBKA Instructor's course. All in all a very worthwhile experience; I learned some new things and got a better understanding of some items I had covered before.
Ben's teaching was good: clear and easy to understand with a proper emphasis on performing each and every repetition correctly. Going to write up a full review in the near future, but suffice to say the course was worth every penny. If you get the chance to attend this course then you should definitely consider it.
