I actually have a hula hoop, it's great fun! No good for men though, you have to have the hips to keep it up. :P

I actually went to a couple of hula hoop classes at my gym for a laugh. My friend and I were hysterical - glad I worked on my pelvic floor muscles since having my son; put it that way. Everyone else seemed to be taking it quite seriously. We were crap.

I'd recommend it if you ever need a real good girly hysterical laughter session. My abs hurt afterwards, and not from the hooping.

And hey; I do Body Balance which is a bit yoga-ish! And I eat veggie sometimes.

That Amy acts really well. If it wasn't a CF vid I'd almost believe her.
