Hi all
I have just found this forum and joined as I have a true passion for working out. So much so that I created my own studio. It was a good chance to get all the kit I always wanted to use and that was never available in the corporate gym facilities. And I didn't have space at home for it all. The idea is to also make it available to all so the intent is to offer classes at aroudn £15, personal training at around £50 and also post tough workouts regularly to our site and youtube so people can use them (if they like them) for free. We have posted one OK one and some rough ones so far - still getting used to the camera etc. You can find us under ignitept if interested.

The first decent one is out there on bulgarian bag conditioning - tried some of it this morning and died. It doesn't look too bad but is pretty evil or maybe I'm just a wuss.
