I thought I'd try these. They're a whopping ten calories and grain free/low carb/vegan.

They're basically fibre and water but somehow hold together really well.

Just had them with a tofu stir fry with black bean sauce and broccolli. Complimented the meal perfectly!

Like tofu they absorb the flavour and I found them fine to eat.
