I love the look of the new training equipment that has come out - bulgarian bag. I have some on order, should arrive today and can't wait to start playing with them. In preperation we have started conditioning ready for them and have a gruesome workout that has just been posted on youtube - you can find it with the ignitept listings - sorry some of them are pretty rubbish as we are just getting used to shooting videos. However if you want a workout to try the simulated bulgarian one is tough and more challenging ones will be posted soon.

If anyone wants us to put specific exercises / routines out to youtube let us know. We are keen to promote training and happy to give ideas away for free. It's also fun as we are getting used to the camera now. We have the italian 67kg kick boxing champion so want to do some footage with him soon - just don't have anyone as good to put alongside him yet - working on it
