getting to the point of not shouting about it!!!
Had cake with breaky (after a cycle to be fair)
will be doing my birthday workout tomorrow - any suggestions welcome although it has to include 32 pull ups unbroken.

32 HSPU
32 KB swings @ 32kg (if I remember rightly, you only have a 16kg KB, so 64 swingsd for you ;) )
32 ring dips
32 burpees
32 thrusters
