Still too fat, only less so!
I only kicked this off on Monday, but couldn't resist getting on the scales this morning.
Was pleasantly surprised to see my weight has dropped by a tad over 2kg already!
I know it's early days, and I expect things will setlle a bit after this early "shock," but I'm encouraged by this.
Just goes to show - if this is what happens after a few days - all that junk/bread/sweets/etc... must really mess you up!
