Jordan Fitness have always been keen to look after the UK functional fitness community.

As soon as we let them know about the event last year, Jordan Fitness quickly realised that the ethos of the competition was very much aligned with their own way of thinking and were delighted to get involved, generously donating a Powerbag for the raffle.

As the event has grown substantially this year, our guiding principles have remained the same – an inclusive yet challenging, community-inspired, strength and power competition – and in this respect the contribution to the event from Jordan Fitness has grown along with us too.

For the Strength and Power Meet this year in 2010 they are providing useful, fun and generous pieces of functional kit for each of the category winners!.


Prizes
The winners of both of the women’s weight categories will each receive a 16kg kettlebell.

The winners of the men’s sub 75kg and 75-90kg categories will each receive a 24kg kettlebell

The winner of the men’s 90kg+ “heavyweight” category will receive a 40kg Powerbag (worth £110!)

We caught up with with Jordan Fitness on their stand at the BodyPower Expo to say thank you, and spent a few minutes with them talking about the Jordan product range, their involvement in the Strength & Power Meet – and indeed UK functional fitness as a whole.
