Over the last few years the events seen in the sport of Strongman are being increasingly used in training by athletes in strength and power sports. They are training in these events as a means to improve power, explosiveness, and overall performance within their own of sport.

Yep, it's getting crazy! Although the u105s are doing up to 160kg and I saw a couple of them attempt the 200kg, so the standard is just going up and up.
