Playing about in the beautiful sunshine over the last few days has reminded us of the great time we had on the FK.UK Fun Day back in March, at the Take Shape Assault Course.

We presented it as an afternoon of fitness, fun, food and friends. This proved to be pretty much spot on – in differing proportions! Some mainly enjoyed monkeying about having fun on the obstacles, others spent more time beside the BBQ chilling and eating food with friends…and a number of folk took the opportunity to test their fitness with multiple runs around the assault course.

One or two decided to step it up and include some additional challenges – weighted vest, camera….

True to form, Stephen Hollingdale, owner and operator of FK.Associate SPQR Fitness was one of these crazy monkeys, and so we present to you the video Stephen took on one of his runs around!

(And yes, it was just as much fun as it looks)

Thank you to all that came along for day, by all accounts a enjoyable day out was had by everyone, from the kids to….the big kids!
