I'm training my other half at the moment and wanting to get her more in to using KB's - does anyone have any good resources for starting out? Main things I am trying to show her are the explosive hip extension and trying to catch the kb on the back of the arm (struggling with both at the moment).

cheers

Bets thing I found was Steve Cotter's stuff on YouTube; this one was pretty good http://www.youtube.c...h?v=fNaoELYlLfw (safe for work/family). Used it to get the wife up to speed.

Hi,

I found this to be a good starting place:

I don't follow all the workouts but have used those as a benchmark and ideas for my own training.
