Having received a note from Mark Felix a few weeks back, FK.UK caught up with Mark Felix once again at the BodyPower Expo.

Whilst many others were queuing to see MetRx megstar Phil Heath, FK.UK took the opportunity to grab a minute on the MetRx stand with one of the World’s Strongest Men.

We asked Mark about what he was up to at the BodyPower Expo and in particular the BodyPower Strongman Weekend this year…and if he had any further words he wanted to pass on to competitors of the CrossFit Reading Strength and Power Meet (in Association with FK.UK)
