I was thinking about it, if the body is used to being 'stressed', repairing and rebuilding all the time, then in a way you're 'recovering from injury' all the time.
Last Saturday it felt like I'd never walk again
I'm sure trying to stay up and about rather than just sitting around for days helped a lot. Blood flow maybe?
Or am I talking bollards? This has been known to happen.
