Not to be confused with the kipping pullup ;)

You'll recognise this one from kung-fu movies :)

YouTube Tutorial

Another addition to my list of skills to practice, lol.

FYI:

'Tricking is the informal name of a relatively new underground alternative sport movement, combining martial arts, gymnastics, breakdancing and other performing arts to create an "aesthetic blend of flips, kicks, and twists."'

Chet gets ever more ambitious... if I tried this I'd fall on my head. I might just about manage the one into bridge position, but that's it. I never even mastered a walkover in gymnastics at school.

I tried this about 2 years ago and got feckin whiplash
You are a MAN... take that Zone diet and throw it back at Sears and tell him "f*** you, I'm eating food without counting it". Embrace the 200+ pound range, bro, hug it...

I have no explosive power whatsoever! So I shall not be trying this one! I can't even get off the ground doing a pressup!

Well that settles it then! I'm definitely not trying it if you can't do it.

I used to practise gym stuff on my bed when I was younger! Like bending over backwards into bridge, and what I call shoulder stands - no idea what the real name is. And headstands.

Don't think I can do any of those things any more. :(

So, could you actually do the kip up to bridge thing??

A few of us have trained together, yeah - but not on a regular basis ATM :)

Hopefully will get more and more regular, or at least more and more often.

Theres something on the cards for this Sunday in fact :D
