I was looking up grab rail paralettes and cam accross this...
Looks quite functional and noted Dan John's name coming up.

When you break down the workouts, it is pretty much the functional fitness / mixture of power-strength-conditioning thing that Crossfit, Gym Jones, FK etc. is - just a week sample.

I did the Big 55 and it is a good one, if you don't go bonkers on the weights.

what sort of weights did you use?
I assume you just used the suggested exercises?

Oops. Slight delay responding -

Yes, exercises as suggested - except no bars for dips, so just slow conroled press-ups.

Weights in order of suggested 95lb - 45kg I think.

There's enough differnce between the exercises that you can keep going without rest quite well.
