So, walking through Sainsbury's this afternoon I was in the AV section and this tid-bit caught my attention on Newsround;

Apparently using the word "Obese" is derogatory and the kids council want the city to ban its use and instead use "unhealthy weight".
Words fail me....

Haha, awesome! Funny thing is, the new term to describe it will probably be used to take the piss out of people within a few years, then that will be banned and there will be another one. The mentally ill used to be described as "idiots", it just took on a different meaning over the years. Personally I think the only way to fix all this nonsense is to restrict all human communication to grunts and pointing.

Yeah heard this on the radio.. it's pathetic, political correctness gone too far. If you don't want to be called obese get off your fat arse and eat less, rather than ban a word.
