Oh well first post may as well be a hello.

Andy Mac, born in Glasgow and now living in Newport.

Spent 16 years in Army, 12 as a paratrooper (7 Para RHA) and 4 is the Army Physical Training Corp specialising in rehab (Sports Injuries, Multiple Trauma, amputees etc). Had a great time when I was in and seen majority of the world, some good places, others well not too good!

Had a great time in 7 and spent 3 years taking Pre Parachute Selection courses- I am used to giving some beastings out lol Worked with various sports in the forces as the conditioning coach as well as numerous consultancy posts for civvy teams at the time

Worked with Celtic Crusaders as a conditioning coach with their reserve squad- great experience but too demanding on time and crap money!

Started off as running athlete and progressed to triathlon and duathlon before moving onto Weightlifting and rugby :-)

Got my own PT company now- www.mckenziefit.com (site getting built at present) and facebook page- http://www.facebook....it/210174209302

Have my accreditation with UKSCA in May- I am competent on any lifts and sports injuries etc- any questions or help then please feel free to ask.

Hopefully see you all at up and coming S&P invitational.

Andy

No mate as had nasty injury to lower back with a full disc protrusion @ L5- can't run more than 1/2 hour with pain!!! Sounds bizarre but actually okay when training with weights etc, apart from deadlift which I tend to keep fairly light!!

Still fancy doing Zofingen Duathlon one day and may just grizz through it..lol

You are a MAN... take that Zone diet and throw it back at Sears and tell him "f*** you, I'm eating food without counting it". Embrace the 200+ pound range, bro, hug it...
