Hello,
Thought I'd do the polite thing and introduce myself. Im new to this forum (FK) but quite old to the musings of Mr Twight (dont shoot me down, its all related! :-) ). Functional fitness for me is anything transferable to climbing, which is everything, brain included. Anyway, Im currently living and working in Peterborough so anyone else on here around peterborough area, and fancy throwing about a medicine ball or doing some circuits sometime get in touch.
Cheers,
Tom. :-)

Hi and welcome to the forum Tom
I'm cycling round your way at the weekend - if you see a large bunch of cyclists out give us a wave.

Hi Tom,
Welcome to FK.UK!
I've just finished reading Extreme Alpinism - really good stuff. I was particularly struck by what he has to say about attitude and character, and about directing your fear upwards.

Welcome to FK Tom. Nowt wrong with Twight's stuff - daresay a lot of people who now practice functional fitness found it through his work on "300"..

You are a MAN... take that Zone diet and throw it back at Sears and tell him "f*** you, I'm eating food without counting it". Embrace the 200+ pound range, bro, hug it...
