hi there this is my first post on here as i've just joined. i'm looking for other people around the islington area who know of any suitable gyms for training as i've just started working in the area and will be moving here as soon as i find a place and i dont want to end up in an overpriced gym which doesn't have a good workout atmosphere. any comments are much appreciated, cheers. adam.

Welcome Adam.
Colin McNulty made a pretty comprehensive list on his blog when he was living and working in that area. Yuo can check it out here;

You will probably find others now, but it's a good starting point (and look at the CF affiliates as FKPimp said).
