Hi there, I've not long found this website and forum and thought it looked really interested. I've been interested in fitness for a long time but the 'functional' aspect of it is something I only came across a few years ago through the 'Crossfit' website. My main interests in functional fitness are that it seems to be an ideal place for many people to be in terms of its use and potential. Not everyone wants to train for a sport or bodybuilding, yet with functional fitness you can get the best of many training systems and the potential is almost limitless! I'm looking forward to learning, discussing and hearing from others in the UK with a similar interest.
