What do you guys have in the gym or on your ipod?
The gym where I work plays the radio in the day then crappy dance tunes. I have to have my ipod on full blast to drown it out.
At the moment I am training to 30 Seconds to Mars, Muse and Shinedown. Old fav's Nickelback and Metallica are still on though.
Any other suggestions? Perhaps we could get a FKUK compilation onto itunes... (Chet)

Ac/Dc, Drowning Pool, Dropkick Murphys for lifting heavy stuff in the evenings and weekends, pretty much anything for conditioning, I rarely hear it anyway - we had Glenn Miller on the other day!.
Radio 1 in the morning (Chris Moyles will always make me laugh on the last rep of a heavy set, it's guaranteed!)

Anything by Papa Roach or Nickelback, LostProphets first album (fakesoundofprogress), selective Offspring tracks, and some good D&B like Cyantific or High Contrast for cardio.
Not sure how it works on iTunes, but if anyone has Spotify we could easily compile a playlist and share the link.

Cant do dance music at all, never mind when Im training - anything with loud guitars but especially things like Metallica, AC/DC, Led Zepplin. Got a load of play lists on my iPod that have random songs by random bands or singers but most of it metal or rock ( random stuff like Jurrasic 5, NIN, Bloodhound Gang )
You are a MAN... take that Zone diet and throw it back at Sears and tell him "f*** you, I'm eating food without counting it". Embrace the 200+ pound range, bro, hug it...

I'm the same as Davie. I don't "do" dance music.
I listen to a lot of guitar stuff when training, stuff like....
Stooges
Pixies
Glassjaw
Spoon
Pavement
RATM
Sonic Youth
Athough I have listened to "The Monitor" by Titus Andronicus for about three weeks straight now!
