Yeah, they're pretty easy to make, you can get everything you need from B&Q. Lots of fun to train with esp on OH squats.

For some reason the work computer only gives me sound :angry:

Hi Guys, sorry to drag up an old topic, but i was wondering if those of you who have made one or would know how to make one, have any instructions for the parts you need but with names that English stores will understand. went into b&q with a list i got off an american forum and the guy looked at me like i was crazy ( so i came to the conclsuion they werent the uk names for products or the guy was useless!!!!)

this is the list i used:
1-4 pvc cap
1-4 pvc coupling
1-4 pvc plug
1-4 pvc clean out

thanks alot, thats a great help, i guess the option of removing the water is if your going to use it with people of different abilities a lot. Right, back off to B&Q i go!!!!!!!!!!!! the sand option sounds good
