As Many Rounds As Possible in 10 minutes of;
5 Pull-Ups
10 Press-Up
15 Sumo Deadlift @ Bodyweight
We are aiming for between 6-9 rounds on this one.
Flexibility and Cool Down
Post three rep max and number of rounds to FK.UK
