"Murph"
For time:
1 mile Run
100 Pull-ups
200 Push-ups
300 Squats
1 mile Run
Partition the pull-ups, push-ups, and squats as needed. Start and finish with a mile run. If you've got a twenty pound vest or body armor, wear it.

Ditto, and it shows. Got 48 mins, without the vest.

Would look a right pleb wearing my body armour in the gym when it's 35 degrees. Was blowing like a good one, I think pullups let me down here, the bar is really thick and slippy...that's my excuse anywayn :D

I just batle through start to finish completing all reps of each exercise before moving on.

Never tried partitions, could be faster i suppose.
