I have received a lot of the info for details but I’m still missing it from all of you guys. I need this information ASAP. The security folks here are doing us a huge favour and without this information it will be very slow going on the morning of the games trying to sign each of you in individually.

In order to gain unescorted or even escorted access to the base without having to sign each person in individually I need some additional information. I NEED FOR EACH OF YOU TO SEND ME THE VEHICLE MAKE, MODEL AND REGISTRATION NUMBER. I would also like it if you could include those person that will be travelling with you in said vehicle. The entry is based on name and vehicle details. If I have everyone that is travelling in the same car I can lump them together with that car instead of multiple inputs.

I know this is short notice but I need it as quickly as possible (yesterday wouldn’t have been soon enough). I do apologize once again. This wasn’t something that I was told we would need until yesterday and of course it has to be accomplished ASAP.

If you have already received this same message from Andrew Stemler, I only need the information once. Don’t forget that everyone travelling with you will need some type of Government issued photo ID to gain access to the base.
