11:00 am to 4:00 pm
Come and join us for a day of fitness, food and fun!
FK.UK is hosting an afternoon of play at Take Shape Assault Course in Bletchingley, Surrey, on Sunday 25th April, 2010. Bring family (children very welcome) and friends, and enjoy the fitness, the food and the fun.
Fitness: The assault course at Take Shape is innovative – it uses many of nature’s obstacles including trees, logs and streams. Add some other objects to climb, crawl under, jump over, balance on, and so on – and you have a great playground! We will be setting challenges and playing games on the assault course on the day. Everyone can get involved – there are variations on each of the obstacles to suit all ages and abilities (and yes, this does include very difficult options for those that are so inclined!).
Food: We will have a relaxed BBQ, chill and chat after our adventures around the course. No doubt we will need it…
Fun: Simple… fitness + food + friends (+sun) = Fun
The day runs from 1100 to 1600 – and is only £10 all in (including a burger/chicken breast on the BBQ). Under 16s are half price at £5 (but only get half a burger….just kidding). Click here to get your tickets.
It promises to be an enjoyable day. Come and join us…and unleash your inner monkey!

Can we turn up and pay on the day? The reason I ask is that the kids won't want to go if it's reaining, lightweighs that they are (!), so it makes sense for us to wait and see what the weather's doing that day.

I might be up for this (despite my lack of climbing ability)!
Might even drag the kids and missus along (if #3 son isn't rugby-ing)

It would be great if you could book yourselves beforehand so we have an idea on the number of adults and can cater (food and otherwise) according.
Then of course you are more than welcome to bring any 'extras' on the day
How does that sound?

Don't forget, families are welcome and it would be great if we could have a "youth challenge" too.

Yes indeed.
We're looking good for this at the moment - especially now the sun is out
Missus is well up for it, and the kids do what we tell 'em (as if!).
Will try to get tickets booked so you can confirm numbers.
Looking forward to a burger!!
