As followers of the Crossfit Games in recent years will know, the actual events are usually kept under wraps until close to the Games. But this year a canny competitor might wonder why the following equipment announcements have been made…

Beaverfit supplies ten GHD to the sectionals
Equipment supplier Beaverfit will be supplying ten GHD to the sectionals. What could they be used for? Sit ups? Back raises? Straightening your hair? We hear that Beaverfit may be selling the GHDs at a ‘used’ discount after the event. More information as it emerges.

Concept2 joins list of sponsors
Indoor rower suppliers Concept 2 have recently been confirmed as event sponsors, alongside FK.UK and the other sponsoring companies.

BYO skipping rope
All competitors will be allowed to bring their own special/favourite/loved skipping rope… hmm, why? Singles, doubles, triples… backward skipping, bondage?

So plenty to think about as you intensify your training!

we're not seen any throwing stuff type event, swimming, climbing or fighting

Haha, horsewhips for time! This would tie in nicely with the proliferation of "skins" in recent CF comps. Oh dearie me.
