I've printed them off, and I'm going to take them down to our local place that does clever things with bits of wood and mdf etc etc. They made the desk in our study, which is a corner one.

What sort of mat should you stick on the top, anyone know? And where to get it from?

My Dad actually made ours-his woodworking is awesome, however he bought the wood as flooring planks to make a door (?) and ended up building the boxes instead! The wood was tongue and groove so all fits together well, the tops are heavy vinyl so pretty safe too
