Today we taking a slight break from our usually scheduled routineto do something worthwhile. The workout is still free but we are asking for a small donation in support of FK.Associate CrossFit Reading’s Help for Haiti workout (full details can be found here).

If you can, please donate to the just giving site set up by CrossFit Reading owner Andy Craig. Obviously we can’t make you donate, but the cause is worthy and you get a great workout in too, so every one benefits.
