5 rounds of:

1000lb Ground to overhead anyhow, then immediately
Row 500m


Rest 3:00 between rounds


Post each round time and row time to comments. Also, did you stick with the same load and lift for each interval?

i might give this a go... it doesn't look that bad

i'd probably do powersnatch 40kg x 12 for each round

I'll do this tomorrow. possibly 60kg of power clean and jerk (8 reps per round by my reckoning)

first attempt at a painstorm

managed 4 rounds in 28:15, but ran out of time as gym was closing.

Finished with 12 power snatched (40kg), but i didn't count that in the time. Rests were approximately 3mins, and included in above time :S

Rowing was the killer, I really enjoyed the power snatches. Didn't enjoy having to put the weight back on my barbell as some idiots had taken it off to do shrugs with
