17 April 2010 to 18 April 2010

On completing a Level 1 CrossFit certification, attendees will have sufficient understanding of CrossFit’s methods, concepts, and movements to continue independent and successful development as a CrossFit trainer or athlete. There is no prerequisite for the Level 1 Certification.
