pull ups and even just hanging from the pull up bar seems to have worked really well for me. As with others grip strength has been an issue for me so I have been taking time to work on it just so its not letting me down in other areas. I'm interested to hear what works best for you.

Quick update. Nice to see a steady gradual climb in my dead lift PB so v.happy with this. As with most things it’s down to change in my technique - I have started using a slightly narrower grip which has proved useful. No real issues with my grip and chalk has helped too.

I like my grip training - got captains of crush grippers, a fat oly bar, fat single handle bar kind of like a rolling thunder , sand bag, keg etc
