Okay, so I am feeling all loved up, in crossfit terms you understand! So was thinking why dont we all meet up for a mega workout, maybe make it a weekend affair. It will be a fantastic chance for us all to put faces to all the posters and get some crossfit camaraderie. Have not asked Neil Foyley yet, but he has the best facilities to accomodate us all and it is pretty central.
Put your name down if your interested and I will speak nice to Neil...
Was thinking of say April sometime?
Update on this. Spoke to neil and he is well up for it. Will keep you posted

how cool is that place?
That is the nuts.
Slightly worried about the elliptical trainer in the corner
and what is the purpose of the red climbing frame in the corner (looks too low to be a pull up rack)?
PS - if the timing is right I might be up for it (although April would not be good for a trip up there)

You are a MAN... take that Zone diet and throw it back at Sears and tell him "f*** you, I'm eating food without counting it". Embrace the 200+ pound range, bro, hug it...

Like I said before, Red said it was central as it is for her in relation to the rest of the country - remember she is in Inverness. Thats a four or 5 hour drive to get there folks!

4 hours would get me to about bradford. Ha ha if I come up i think i'll look at flights.
Anyone from down south got a minibus/people carrier?
I think I'm about 6 hours from Edinburgh. Used to take me 8 hours from Basingstoke, anyway, and I'm now 2 hours north of there.
