Okay, so I am feeling all loved up, in crossfit terms you understand! So was thinking why dont we all meet up for a mega workout, maybe make it a weekend affair. It will be a fantastic chance for us all to put faces to all the posters and get some crossfit camaraderie. Have not asked Neil Foyley yet, but he has the best facilities to accomodate us all and it is pretty central.

Put your name down if your interested and I will speak nice to Neil...

Was thinking of say April sometime?

Update on this. Spoke to neil and he is well up for it. Will keep you posted
I am a woman....on a mission, nothing can stop me, Im stronger than ever!!

how cool is that place?
That is the nuts.
Slightly worried about the elliptical trainer in the corner
and what is the purpose of the red climbing frame in the corner (looks too low to be a pull up rack)?

PS - if the timing is right I might be up for it (although April would not be good for a trip up there)
"Pain is weakness leaving the body"
"If you stay ready, you don't have to get ready"
"The mind always gives out before the body. You’ll pass out before you die."
"We'll be as we are when all the fools around us fade away"
"Successful men and women are very careful in reaching decisions and very persistent and determined in action thereafter."

You are a MAN... take that Zone diet and throw it back at Sears and tell him "f*** you, I'm eating food without counting it". Embrace the 200+ pound range, bro, hug it...

Hey, I often use a cross trainer just for 5 mins to warm up! :P Helps me to get my head round the idea of actually moving, before I get onto doing anything more taxing

Looks an ace gym, though as Paul said, not ,er, exactly central! But hey, Scotland's nice.

I'd love to hit that, the gym looks so cool. Unfortunately I have exams in May, so April is prime revision time.

Like I said before, Red said it was central as it is for her in relation to the rest of the country - remember she is in Inverness. Thats a four or 5 hour drive to get there folks!

Anyone from down south got a minibus/people carrier? :D I'm very near the M1 so easily pickupable. My house makes a great coffee stop. B)

I think I'm about 6 hours from Edinburgh. Used to take me 8 hours from Basingstoke, anyway, and I'm now 2 hours north of there.

Thinking about dates; if Mark's weightlifting seminar is late April/early May, then it might be good to do this a bit later. June, maybe? Then it's after exams etc, but before the schools break up.
