3rd go at 200KB swings with 16kg KB = 10.09 minutes
This is a 27 sec improvement from my previous time set on 9th June and and 1.46 minute improvement since my 1st attempt on 14th May

Warm up of run, 36 push ups and squats
3 x 10 ballistic row
Then this cycles attempt at ross magic 50 with 16kg kb and a minute rest in between rounds
Was on course for a PB after the snatches complete in the 5th round but i ripped of a huge blood blister on my big toe on the carpet doing the burpees in the 1st round. it became too painful and the blood and bits of skin were making too much of a mess of my carpet.
