Hello

I've been looking at the site for quite a while now and decided its time i should start posting to make sure i actually go to the gym. Discovered crossfit whilst working out in the states at the end of 2008, came back home and started trying the WOD. Then started looking for crossfit/functional fitness gyms in surrey and found SPQR gym in Guildford which happened to be my old American football coach Franz's gym, which then led me to this site. So for 6 months i switched between the crossfit/crossfit football/crossfit endurance and this sites WOD

So to cut a long story short i moved to london four months ago and with the whole thing of moving up hear and starting my masters i haven't been near a gym in that time. Before i stopped i had completed most of the crossfit level 1 skill levels and some of the level 2. Hopefully will see a quick return to them levels and then start looking to complete some more.

Quick aims for 2010:

Start working out 5 times a week again, go to crossfit london occasionally, keep up my muay thai training, start playing American football again and progress on the crossfit skill levels.

Craig

welcome to the forum
You are a MAN... take that Zone diet and throw it back at Sears and tell him "f*** you, I'm eating food without counting it". Embrace the 200+ pound range, bro, hug it...

Hey Craig, good to see you here. When you are next in Guildford we should work out a session in the garage (you've got my work mobile number, or the new one is on the SPQR site contacts details). Mantell is a regular and Gerbal is just starting up too so things are moving on.
