I didn't have any firm goals in 2009, so for me the things I'm really pleased about are:
-Finding out about FK/SPQR after having a space where Muay Thai was
-Getting above 100kg deadlift
-Bodyweight squat (75kg)
-Managing a headstand!
-Some ringwork I was better at than I expected to be
-Cycling to college regularly and getting out on the bike
