Good stuff. You were too quick to rush onto the 2nd and 3rd ones though IMHO. If you take your time a bit more you're more likely to manage a longer one. At least, it works that way for me.

Aye nicky I definetly rushed the other ones. I got some more on video and did the exact same thing lol

Ive just been doing about 5- 10 mins practice at the gym each day and today I just seemed to get some balance from somewhere.
You are a MAN... take that Zone diet and throw it back at Sears and tell him "f*** you, I'm eating food without counting it". Embrace the 200+ pound range, bro, hug it...

decided to have a go at these. got an 8 second stand but it was bit all over the place. Learnt a bit about walking forwards and backwards from the session though which was pretty cool.

Cheers guys. Will be concentrating on these a bit more from now on. Next step will be to straighten out more.

Just learnt to do a headstand against the wall so handstands, let alone hspu's are a fair way off!
